09:30 Welcome & Introduction by Organizer and Eureka HTIP Team
10:00 Pitch session 1 10 company persentations (2 rooms, 5 companies in each room)
Each company presents 8 minutes with the following structure:

A) Which problem do you solve, B) how do you solve it (product/service description), c) what is your status with the product, the team and the customers- and d) what are you looking for (competencies and capital).

Coaches and experts provide 5 minutes feedback on strengths and improvement areas needed for investment readiness. 2 minute break between each company.

Total time per room 5x15 minutes. 1 hour and 15 min.

11:45 Coaching sessions
Assigned coaches work with entrepreneurs to facilitate improvements to the pitching presentation, focused on the investment readiness and provide feedback on the proposition, idea and business plan.

There is plenty of time allowed for this work session, so companies can do 1 or 2 quick practice pitches in order to fine tune the presentation.

14:00 Pitch session 2 10 company presentations (1 room, 8 minutes per company + 3 minutes feedback + 2 minutes break + additional break after 5 companies)
Coaches and judges score each presentation and decide on the investment readiness.

16:45 Reception, networking between companies and judges. Internal EUREKA evaluation of the day
